About Placement Cell

The Training & Placement Cell at SVS College of Engineering and Technology bridges the gap between students and industry by facilitating campus recruitment, internships, and skill-development programmes that improve employability.

Objectives

• To organise campus placement drives and connect students with reputed recruiters.
• To conduct pre-placement training in aptitude, communication and technical skills.
• To facilitate internships and industrial exposure for students.
• To maintain and grow industry-institute relationships and MOUs.

Placement Process

1. Companies are invited and registration/schedule is shared with eligible students.
2. Pre-placement talk by the recruiting company.
3. Written test / aptitude round (as applicable).
4. Technical and HR interview rounds.
5. Selected candidates receive offer letters from the company.
